Unique Country Designs understand when you purchase an item on-line, the speed and cost of shipping play an important role in your consideration of your purchase. We are currently shipping within 3-7 working days of your order submission. Most items will ship within one week. You will be contacted if there will be a delay. All orders will be shipped using the most cost effective method. Shipping fees will be added to your invoice at the time of checkout and are based on current shipping rates. As an added bonus, if you are in the Standard Shipping Rate Zone, we will ship your order FREE, if the cost of your products purchased, on any single order, before any applicable tax, totals $100.00 or more! We also offer a Personal Pick-Up option for anyone wishing to take a scenic drive to Thorndale, Ontario, Canada. For International Orders, we would be happy to provide you with a shipping cost estimate. Just send us an e-mail advising the items you wish to purchase. Unique Country Designs Any returned cheques are subject to a minimum fee of $40 to cover the bank charges. You will be responsible for any and all legal fees necessary to collect balances. Items will not be shipped until payment is received and verified. All listed prices are in Canadian funds and are payable in Canadian dollars. Returns and Refunds Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery and must have prior authorization to be accepted. We will gladly refund your purchase price provided the item has not been used or damaged. Shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is not reimbursed. Some of our products are made to look old and primitive so please note that there will be imperfections and irregularities and since most of our items are handcrafted, no two are exactly alike. Unique Country Designs takes extra care in packaging your order, but please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have been unfortunate to receive your merchandise damaged during shipment, please call or e-mail us immediately. "Refused" or "non-deliverable" shipments will be charged a $10 restocking fee as well as the shipping charges. Be sure to check your shipping address and contact us as soon as you notice an error. All returns must be authorized by us. Any unauthorized return will not be issued a refund or credit. Unique Country Designs is not responsible in any way for merchandise returned unauthorized. Again, you will be responsible for any and all legal fees necessary to collect balances.
